This week we’ll be doing a few “Benchmarks” to mark everyone’s progress for the nutrition challenge. Eating healthy isn’t just about looking and feeling good… a healthy diet also helps us perform better in the gym. Today is the first of our “Benchmark” WODs.

Nutrition Challenge Benchmark 1:

Back squat
25 min to establish a 3 rep max

Nutrition Challenge Benchmark 2:

5 min max burpees

Unloaded Benchmark 1:

5 min max burpees

Bonus Unloaded WOD:

For time
40 walking lunges
30 knee raises
20 push ups
100 ft bear crawl
