I know it’s already a few weeks into football season, but it’s never too late to show team spirit. We’re making Friday’s BLUE to support the Hawks through the rest of the season. So wear your Seahawks gear.

Strength:
Front squat
5-5-5-3-3-3 – progressive loading

WOD:
EMOM for 8 min

Even min – 15 pull ups
