Strength:
Back squat
3-3-3-3-3 @ 95% of 3 RM

*3 weighted pull ups between sets (4 total)

WOD:
EMOM for 10 min
Odd min – 5 seated box jumps (as high as possible)
Even min – 12 burpees

Unloaded:
EMOM for as long as possible
1st min – 1 burpee
2nd min – 2 burpees
3rd min – 3 burpees
Etc… until unable to complete the necessary burpees in the minute
