EMOM for 10 min
Even min – 5 weighted pull ups (hold DB between legs, as heavy as possible)
Odd min – 3 seated box jumps (start seated on a wall ball and jump to highest box possible)

WOD:
“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders
Sit ups

 

Unloaded:
10 min AMRAP
16 DB snatches – 8 each arm
30 single unders

*Score for rounds and reps
