Let’s turn that turkey into GAINZ!

With a partner
100 KB snatch (53/35)
100 wall balls (20/14)
100 sit ups w/ med ball (20/14)

*KB snatches – 1 partner works at a time. Wall balls – partners pass med ball over a pull up bar to each other, 1 time over the PU bar = 1 rep. Sit ups – partners sit facing each other and pass the med ball back and forth to each other.
