WOD:
“12 Days of Christmas – CFPF”

1 thruster (135/95)
2 front squats (135/95)
3 push press (135/95)
4 hang power cleans (135/95)
5 deadlifts (135/95)
6 pull ups
7 KB SDHP (53/35)
8 KB swings (53/35)
9 box jumps (24/20)
10 front rack walking lunges (135/95)
11 v-ups
12 bar facing burpees

The WOD is performed like the song. Begin with 1 thruster. Then do 2 front squats and then 1 thruster. Then do 3 push press, 2 front squats, and 1 thruster. Continue on until you get through all 12 movements following that progression.
