The CrossFit Open is almost upon us again this year! That being said, we’ll start incorporating a lot more of the Open movements and standards.

Strength:
Back squat
3-3-3-3-3

*Start at 80% of 1 RM and build from there. Rest as needed between sets

WOD:
EMOM for 9 min
Min 1,4,7 – 12 CTB pull ups
Min 2, 5, 8 – OH squats (95/65)
Min 3, 6, 9 – Rest

 

Unloaded:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Wall balls
Sit up
Box jumps
