Strength:
15 min to build to a HEAVY (not max) set of the following complex…

1 power clean
1 hang squat clean – 2 in below knee
1 jerk – split or power

*Score for heaviest set

WOD:
7 min AMRAP
(3-6-9-12 etc…)
Thrusters (95/65)
CTB pull ups

 

Unloaded:
4 rounds
10 ring rows
15 KB sumo deadlift high pulls
20 flutter kicks – 20 each leg/40 total
