50 double unders
20 thrusters (95/65)
50 burpees

 

Unloaded:
3 rounds
10 KB goblet squats
15 KB sumo deadlift high pull
20 KB swings

Then…

2 rounds
50 ft OH KB lunge – switch arms every 25 ft
10 push ups
