2000 m row- One partner rows while the other holds DB’s overhead. Once the DB’s come down partners switch positions
200 air squats
– One partner squats while the other holds a plank. Once the plank breaks, switch positions.
100 plate burpees
– One partner does burpees while the other hangs from the pull up bar. Once someone comes of the pull up bar, switch positions.
*The partner doing the work CANNOT perform reps unless the other partner is in the static position.
