Front squat

15 min to establish 2 RM

WOD:
4 rounds

15 DB push press
12 DB reverse lunge
9 DB deadlifts

*Each round must be performed completely unbroken. Rest as little as possible between rounds.

 

Unloaded:
15 min AMRAP

10 jumping pull ups
10 push ups
10 air squats
