Introducing STRONGTOBER! This week we’ll hit some 1 rep maxes and a hero WOD. At the end of the month we’ll retest each lift and the WOD to see if you’ve improved. I highly recommend you stick around for all the accessory work or you won’t see as good of results as you could.
