Is this CrossFit thing for me?

YES! It absolutely can be if you want it to be. It doesn’t matter what level of athletic ability you have, we can start with the basics and move forward at a pace that you are comfortable with. Every work out we do, every movement can be scaled up or down to a level that is possible for you. We promise.¬†One person might use a 150 lb barbell and the person next to them might be lifting a 5 lb wooden dowel. Can’t do a pull-up? No problem. Can’t do a push-up? That’s okay. Can’t touch your toes? A lot of people can’t – we’ll work on it, you’ll be able to. Never touched a barbell before in your life? That’s fine with us. In fact, that’s the whole point. We focus first on mechanics and then make sure that you are consistent with those good mechanics. Only then will we start adding weight and bumping up the intensity. If you put in the hard work, before you know it you’ll be looking back amazed at how far you’ve come.
