Nutrition Challenge

Who needs some accountability with their nutrition? We’re excited to kick off a 30 day nutrition challenge on May 1st.

We’ll go 30 days with a specific learning focus every week. We’ll keep each other accountable, learn from each other, and keep on track via a private Facebook group.

Included are two half hour personal nutrition sessions so we can do some before and after metrics (including a pinch test) and talk about a plan of attack and ways to be successful through the challenge and after.

Cost will be $99 and there will be some pretty sweet prizes at the end for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

This challenge will be centered on building good habits and education – about what type of food (and how much) to fuel your body with. This is for you if you have no idea where to start with your nutrition, or if you know what you’re doing, but need a bit of accountability to get back on track.

Some of the things we’ll be focusing on are:

*Breakfast – how to make it convenient and what makes a good breakfast.

*Protein – how much you should be eating and how to make that happen.

*Sugar – good substitutions for managing your sugar intake, because it’s in just about EVERYTHING.

*Meal prep and planning – tips and tricks and why this is so so important for your success.

*Personal macros – This is KEY to know. Do you know how many calories you should be eating? How many grams of carbs? Protein? Fat? Do you know exactly what you are eating right now? If you don’t – we will give you this information during your first personal 30 min nutrition session. Doug will follow this up next week with some more info.

Before we start we’ll sit down 1-on-1 with you for 30 minutes to talk mostly about what your diet looks like now and what it should look like through the challenge. We’ll talk about your habits, past successes and failures, and figure out a path that will get you the results you want from this challenge. We’ll get a personalized macro goal for you that you can follow (if you want to) for the month. We’ll also do some before metrics. After the challenge is over, we’ll sit back down for your after metrics and talk about what went well and what didn’t. We’ll also help you outline a plan moving forward after the challenge is over so that you don’t lose all the awesomeness that you gained over the last 30 days!

Remember, we start May 1st and the cost is $99. There will be some great prizes to be had at the end of it.
